Department of Commerce, Energy and Environmental Sustainability Support

LRS Federal provided technical support to the Department of Commerce’s Office of the Secretary/Office of Facilities and Environmental Quality/Office of Sustainable Energy and Environmental Programs (OSEEEP) within the Energy, Conservation and Environmental Stewardship programs. Our services included development of policy, the implementation and oversight of programs, the tracking and measurement of progress against program goals, and the integration of programs that cross organizational boundaries. Specific programs supported by LRS included Climate Change, Greenhouse Gases, Environmental Management Systems, Utility Energy Services Contracts, Energy Star Portfolio Management, and Outreach Events (Earth Day, recycling, and green purchasing).
