Eastern Area Office Construction Phase Services Support, USACE, Ft Worth District

Since April 2018, LRS has had eight personnel providing onsite assistance and guidance in support of the USACE Eastern Area Office construction program. The on-site personnel includes five QA Representatives and three Engineering Technicians who work side-by-side with our client at Fort Polk, LA and Red River Army Depot, TX.

Our personnel have thus far supported 56 construction projects exceeding $260M in construction value. These projects are located across the two installations and their associated ranges. We are supporting a wide variety of Sustainment, Renovation, and Modernization (SRM)-related construction projects including barracks renovations, hospital and pharmacy upgrades, roof and window replacements, modernization of training facilities, a veteran cemetery expansion, and campuswide utility replacements/upgrades. In addition to these Sustainment, Renovation, and Modernization projects, LRS personnel are overseeing construction efforts to repair building and infrastructure damage caused by Hurricane Laura.
