Sustainability and Energy Management Program Support for a Federal Agency

LRS Federal provides professional and technical support to the Department level of a Federal Agency within the Sustainability, Energy Management, and Environmental Management programs. Our services included development of policy and programs, the implementation and oversight of programs, the tracking and measurement of progress against program goals, and the integration of programs that cross organizational boundaries. Specific programs supported by LRS included Climate Change (Adaptation, Mitigation and Resilience), Greenhouse Gases, Environmental and Energy Management planning and reporting, Sustainability Scorecard reporting, Tracking Performance Contracting, Energy Star Portfolio Management, Solid Waste and Recycling tracking, and Outreach Materials (Working Groups, Quarterly Newsletters, Fact Sheets, and Guidance Documents).
